difference between two versions of HP L2065

sorry if this is repost, did a quick search but didn't find the answer.

There are two versions of HP L2065 with different part numbers, what's the difference besides the price? are they both S-IPS panel? same grade? why HP does this

There are two models of this LCD on the market (one appears to be a 'rebate' model, so go for the cheapest of the two

Well, according to that they're the same, but one's a 'rebate' model.

I'd still be unsure though - why make two different part numbers just to give a rebate (to track how many, maybe?).

Two things I've learnt in all my research (and I've done a shitload) into buying an lcd are:

1) DON'T trust the manufacturers or their specs, or their PR bullshit.
2) Don't buy an lcd.
