Ok, so I'm checking out ATi and find out they are doing the corporate/medical/2D CAD thing and are making some high-end 2D quality quad output capable videocards.

But since when is DMS59 industry standard as opposed to DVI or SVGA? Before today I've never heard it mentioned anywhere. When I google it I get a whole bunch of references to the Quadro 4.
 
i believe that it is DVI's big bro...

nevermind, that was something else that i cant remember the name of :p

the dms59 must be the name for the slightly larger DVI port that has a y- connector that goes to two VGA's. i know my school has these on all their pc's for dual display. specal r7000's from dell, i believe
