Four monitors and two TV's means you'll actually need THREE video cards, unless you are planning on either switching displays around, or cloning some images across two screens. Yes, each card will be able to feed its own TV. However, each card will only be able to feed two unique pictures (that is, two LCD's or one LCD + one TV). To feed six UNIQUE screens, you need three cards.
There's also the option of using matrox'es triplehead2go, to get 3 monitors on 1 video card. Not sure how it would do with multiple video cards & tripleheads, though.
