Does anybody make a 1/8" to mobo header adapter?

Hey all,

I searched for "plug header adapter" and didn't find anything, so I now humbly ask...

Does anybody make an adapter that would allow me to plug in my front panel ports, which use 1/8" audio plugs, into my mobo front panel header?

The front panel CF reader that I have has audio ports, but they expose them as plugs that you have to route out the back of you case. Not only is this ugly, but it fills the port that I'd want to plug my speakers into. Plugging it into the mobo header just makes sense as that's what it's for.
