I am thinking about ordering from them soon but like everyone I am worried about dead pixels in my LCD. I tried to call them but the folks on the phone knew nothing, send an email but still have not yet heard back from them. Read the policy on their website but don't see anything about dead pixels, and I know a lot of online stores consider dead pixels to be something minor and wont take a monitor back if you find them.
Has anyone here ever had to deal with their direct sales department and had to return things, or know of anyone who has?
