The computer is a HP Pavilion 8370 Desktop but I want to get it going again because I took it apart to clean it last month and im an idiot and forgot where some stuff goes. Does everything look wired up here correctly???

Because something is wrong and I cant figure it out :(

i cant see anything first pass, how do u know something is wrong? like what error messages are u getting?
 
The monitor doesnt even show a screen for some reason right now....

The thing you have circled in red is another COM (serial) port. It doesn't need to have a header attached to it.

The front panel connector is sort of proprietary, so it's kind of hard to tell you if it is connected properly.

But yeah, not having your RAM in all the way as dualblade pointed out may keep the system from POSTing properly.
 
I got it fixed guys...I just unplugged everything and plugged it back in and it worked... I think that I could have had the hard drive in secondary ide instead of primary so that messed it up...
