Does H50 fit i7?

All my basic parts are on the way now and I want to do something other than a big hunking heatsink.

Will the corsair H50 fit on an x58/i7-930 system? I have a $50 card for Compusa so it seems like it would go well toward a cooler like this if it will work.
 
Yeah, I also would like to say that the K50 has run great for my needs. It does a good job in overclocking. My temps rarely go up to 60 Celsius in Prime95, and I run my i7 920 at 3.47 Ghz. I could overclock it more, but I didn't want to bring the voltages over 1.4 volts.

Also it's a great color. It saves space compared to its similar performing behemoth air coolers
