Does Office Depot suX0r at sending MIR's??

I'm in the process of getting two back for that 17 inch KSD LCD that was on here a month ago, one is still processing and the other has been processed and supposedly mailed. They "lost" my first submission with the originals, so I emailed them and they said to send in the copies I made, hopefully this will work out, I want that 100 bucks back.
 
I wound up with ~$275 worth of stuff for free (well, for 'tax') on BF last year. The only MIR I had a problem with was one that required the original bar code being sent to two different places. Their website instructed me to photocopy the (UPC?) and ship it to them, then they promptly denied it.

Other than that they were good. All the Office Depot rebates came in before the Western Digital rebate did (by two weeks or so).
 
I've had successs with the Office Depot.

Office Max is the one that has ripped me off.

Same here. If anything, OD has been better than average.

OfficeMax is a different story though.
