Does Overclocking on the X800XL RAM make a big diff?

I've heard a few people say the ram on this is pretty good for overclocking. I've got the x800xl powercolor VIVO pci-e card. I am running on watercooling(old dangerden gpu block) and I've got the core at 470. I know I'l have to come up with a custom ram cooling solution if I want to oc but I want to know if its worth the time. Right now my 3dmark05 is a 5447 3dmarks, my cpu is gettting a 5263 score. Its a amd64 at 2700mhz. What change am I looking at if I cool and oc the ram? And is that 3dmark05 score good for my parts, average or above?

You could try 1.1GHZ memory, see how many points you increased in 3DMark05.

Damn, my 3dmark 2005 is 5300. I'm right behidn ya on my 12 pipe x800 pro. Not too bad.
