So has anyone done comparisons on a Radeon98Pro 128 vs 256mb? I'm surprised its not posted on hardocp's front page yet...

I have a Ti4600 and was dropping frames a lot at 800x600 on high quality. I lower it down to medium quality and was able to up the res to 1024x768 and it was much smoother. Now is a 9800Pro stong enough to drive the extra textures and effects at high quality? I dont know, but with 256mb of video ram you at least have a chance.

I get lots of chugging when opening doors or getting in battles in 1024X768 high no AA on my freshly formatted system.

Sometimes it stutters for a split second when opening doors, but other than that it is very playable. The duallies make things seem very smooth.
