downgrade a paypal account?

My paypal account is premier, but they charge on even non-cc payments. Personal accounts don't charge for non-cc payments, but charge more for cc payments. I hardly ever use the account but it's basically become standard for people on here to pay non-cc so it'd be in my best interest to downgrade to personal.

Does anyone know how to do this?
 
Call them up to downgrade. You get one chance to do this, but I've heard of others who did this more than once.

If I were you, I'd just use two accounts. One CC and one non-CC.
 
Contact Paypal.
