A friend of mine backed up her voicemails with verizon on her droid bionic and allegedly it backed them up to her SD card, but she is unable to find them. I was attempting to talk her through trying to see if she can hook the phone via usb port to the computer to see if it saved them to the internal memory, but apparently its not showing up in explorer..
Is there a data mode feature or something that she would need to turn on to view files on the internal memory of the phone perchance?
She's changed phones and desperately needs these messages recovered if possible.. From what I gathered it would be a good idea for her to start using google voicemail services for the future, but atm, a recovery is needed..
Any droid bionic users know how to accomplish this?
