Basically, I have no internet at home but want to use a DSI/3DS to connect to a local webserver. Is that possible?
I realize it tests for internet connectivity by going to http://conntest.nintendowifi.net/, but it is possible to trick it into thinking there's a page there somehow, ya know like through a dns redirect or something? and if that succeeds can I then connect to something like http://10.0.0.41?
