DVI extension adapter/cable?

My new video card arrived last night, and it has two DVI ports. Unfortunately one of them is too close to the inner wall of the case, at the edge of all the slot bays, so I can't plug a cable into it. Is there some sort of extension or adapter that'll help me out here?

The area circled in red - the 2nd DVI port is too close and I can't get a cable connected. Is there a DVI extender I can use or do I need a new case?

i got nothing man:/ all cards and cases i've bought have always had enough space for dvi

Well, I ended up having a friend take a dremel to the case:
