E-machines Mail in

Anybody know what the turnaround time is on mailing back a 6811 for a cracked hinge? It ships fed ex overnight....so I am looking for the time between you mailing it off and having it back in your hands...thanks

can you take it to best buy? Try that first. If not, then it takes 10-14 days

if you can mail it directly to them do that.

All best buy will do is wait a week, then send it to them. It took me a month to get my lapotp back for a bad cd drive and buzzing screen. (they replaced the motherboard, which fixed neither issue... i was confused... but at least i got a new m6811 later on after a lot of bitching.)

Sent mine Monday 10/11. Got it back Thursday 10/14.

Cracked hinge -> They hand you a new one on the spot and DEVO the old one for credit. You get yours instantly. Read the FAQ. There is a recall on the hinge.
