E6850 with Corsair CM2X1024-6400 and P5W DH Deluxe?

This is a bit confusing but will the 1333 FSB processors work right with 6400 spec memory? I have an ASUS P5W DH Deluxe flashed to the latest bios.

Basically

Will the combination work?
What would be the drawbacks?
Is the E6850 a solid choice to buy atm?

Thanks in advance guys, I could get the older 1066 version but they are the same price or higher than the new 1333s.

333 MoBo FSB = 1333 CPU FSB = 666 RAM

IN other words, they work fine together.

I still wouldn't go for the E6850. If you really don't need a quad-core right now, go for the E6750 @ $195. If money isn't too big of a factor and you will be using software that needs 4 cores, go Q6600.
