First one is Micron -5b C, I believe. Never heard of a "C" version. Eclipse should know more about that. Looks like good RAM though. Never can go wrong with Micron.

I know what the second one is, but I'm not positive. I want to say it's either -5b D or -5b G, but Eclipse will know.

Both of them are Micron chips, and should be excellent for overclocking.

5B -C is decent stuff, IIRC. Wasn't that what was in old skool OCZ EB? If so, 240-250 3-2-2-10.

the stuff in the old EB was binned pretty heavily.. though i did have a newer stick of 5b C that does ~250mhz at 2.5-2-2, ymmv

don't be afraid to give it a bit of voltage, just keep the stuff cool, you should find best results around 3.1-3.3v

the FBGA chips are 5b D, as given by the .M8FD on the sticker. if you're lucky, you can get ~260-270mhz, if not, around 230 :p
try not to give them more than 2.9-3v
