Enermax 350w to Enermax 485w

I recently bought a 6800gt (running at 410mhz/1100mhz), and my framerates are kinda low in CS:S. Also, my game sometimes freezes, and my computer restarts during CS:S gameplay.

Would a new PSU stop my computer from freezing like that?

Also, would a new PSU help my framerates? (I know that's kind of a newb question, but I've heard some people saying it on other forums)

Game Specs:
Xtreme G 71.84 drivers
1280x1024
Quality IQ
2xQ FSAA, 8x AF
Reflect World
All other settings on high.

A new PSU would be good. If it will solve your freezes, it's hard to say. What do your voltages look like?

The 12V rail is usually hovering around 11.75 or so.
