Okay, bought an Enermax Glory for some less computer literate folks I have to deal with. Thought being, "hey. One button. Minimal interaction. No more 'my computer doesn't work.' Just press the damn button."
Except it doesn't work. I mean the software really, really doesn't work. And I cannot find anything that works with the buttons on this thing so far - which is a critical piece thanks to the end (l)users.
Anyone have any recommendations? And don't say Backup4All - it doesn't work with them either. Should mention, it's a Cypress chip in it.
