Enlight Sniper, 95% efficiency??

I'm basically shopping around for the most efficient power supply, and I came across this on NewEgg:

95% efficiency? There doesn't seem to be any reviews. Is this thing for real?

Don't misquote things, it specifically says on newegg.com, "Up to 95%", did neglected to mention "Up to". Anyways, I doubt it's that efficient.

Regardless of that, there is no power supply on the market that is even close to "Up to 95%" I think NewEgg got the PFC and Efficiency mixed up in the specifications. Don't blame me, blame NewEgg.

I'm sure it's PF. The most efficient AC to DC PSU's are only 85% efficient at best. 86 or 87% at 230V input. Even DC to DC PSU's are only 90 to 95%.
