Does anyone have any experience with Dell ERA controllers? I've got a bunch of 2650s hooked up with that and two of them don't want to work.
I'm wondering if anybody has knowledge of how to explicitly set 100Mb full duplex on it. Either the ERA port or the Cisco switch they are plugged into isn't liking something and it falls down to 100/half and doesn't seem to work. If I reset the racvnc stuff (Redhat ES3 boxes) via 'racadm racreset' it works for a little while but then it won't connect.
