Which BIOS / driver combo should i load for out right best 3dmark scores? Any other tweaks to up my score?
 
Your current core/mem timings are fine. As far as drivers, last I checked the rel 75 were king

Check the orb to see what highest score is on 7800GTX with similar rig. Use that driver. :D
