EVGA X58 Micro showing instock at newegg

Well I don't see the 8 pin being next the northbridge being a problem.

just run the cable under a dual slot video card.
 
It might be easy if you have a tower style matx case. But for a shoebox style case aka Qmicra Microfly it will be a PITA.
 
That would be a pain with most air coolers, but then I sort of signed on for that with mATX.
 
Canceled my Amazon Order and just purchased this one on Newegg. They dropped the price to $199.99 and free shipping.
 
That's a badass board, I wouldn't mind getting in on that. If only I had the money...... haha

well they make boards for intel, which are very reliable so they are probably just as good as any asus or gigabyte.
The colors are nice too.
 
Questionable NB cooling and already mentioned, wtf terribad 8pin placement, like they forgot this was for mATXs.

About time boards got rid of IDE and floppy connectors.

I completely second this thought, escpecially when it comes to high end MB's. I feel that people who purchase high MB's are not likely going to be the type of peps who use these connections, they are way outdated.

But this is a sweet MB i might just have to bite
