Exportation of nodal data from Ansys Workbench

Hello all,
I am using Ansys workbench to run a simulation of an aluminum beam fixed at one end and with a point load at the other. I need to select a certain number of nodes on the surface of the beam in two places and export the normal and sheer strains at those nodes to a file.

Exporting an excel file with the needed values at all nodes in the geometry is simple, but I can't seem to figure out where to go from there. Any help would be much appreciated.
