external drive help

So, long story short, my dad didnt have his system plugged into a surge protector, and they had an electrical storm, fortunately the only thing (that i know of so far) thats fried, is his external drive. The thing all his photos (hes a photographer, thus, theyre really important to him) are on that drive im going to try and recover them. Im not there at the moment, but will be heading down on the 30th, and if its not the enclosure thats fried, its the board on the harddrive itself.

what i need to know is, if anyone knows the model number of the drive thats in the enclosure so i can try to hunt one down and swap the circuit boards.
