extremely long load times "waiting for partner.google.lead.services"

like the title say, the forum is running extremely slow for me, on the order of 2-3 minute for page loads to load a thread of even sub-forum first page. whiles it's waiting to load chrome says at the bottom "waiting for partner.google.lead.services".

anybody else having this problem? I'm on a hotel wifi in texas, but all other web pages load fast.
