I've got four extra sticks of these 1GB models. I've gotten two others from the same batch to do near 1000mhz at 5-5-5-15, but ymmv. These have never been used and are unopened.

They might be rebranded micron's. I ordered 4 sticks myself from the same newegg link above and they came as d9gmh's.
