Fatal1ty FS-V7 VGA cooler, base larger than VF700-Cu?

I checked Zalman's site but it doesn't say anything about this.

Zalman VF700-Cu VGA cooler, and the Fatal1ty FS-V7 VGA cooler
I have the VF700 and the base is only barely large enough to cover the chipset of my 5900.

Does anyone know if this new version has a larger base?

I think it's the same, except the fan spins faster.

Zalman is coming out with a new 900 something cooler with heatpipes.
