I'm not an overclocker, but I expect to OC the CPU to 3.0~3.1 Ghz, that's why I didn't go for the 1066mhz RAM.

I'm gonna do some online gaming so the wifi card should be good.

CPU: Intel Q6600
Motherboard: Asus P5Q pro (Any better MB at that price?) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131299
Memory: XMS2 DHX 2x2gb http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145194
VGA: Asus EAH4850/HTDI/512M http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121253
Monitor: Acer AL2216Wbd http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009094
HDD: Samsung HD642JJ 640Gb 7200 RPM http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152134
DVD: Samsung SH-S223Q/BEBN http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827151173

Wifi card: Linksys or DLINK

or

Case and power supply: I'm still confused a bit:

RAIDMAX case + PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811156062

or

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146025 and
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341002

Do you think the power supply of the RAIDMAX case should be enough for the system? Remember that I'm not going to overclock it to the max, just some basic CPU OC to 3.0Ghz

I would get the WD 640GB drive instead.

Also raidmax PSUs are not really good quality. the PSU should be the best part you buy since your whole system hinges on the psu. If that goes, you might loose everything. So as an investment and for your protection, look into spending some money on something like a Corsair 550W. They aren't that much nowadays, but are really good powersupplies.

The motherboard is pretty good. You can also look into the gigabyte EP45 DS3P

Would you recommend the Corsair 550W over the OCZ OCZ700GXSSLI 700W? Reviews are saying they're both very quiet, and they're about the same price after rebates.

I would recommend the Corsair instead. The OCZ is based on the FSP Epsilon design, which isn't that great. The Corsair on the other hand is an excellent unit in every way and has more than enough capacity to power your system.

Do you think it will still be enough in case I buy another HD4850 down the road?

yeah the Corsair is better and should handle 2 4850s. You can get the VX 650W as well if you think you'll need the extra power later. Same design, just higher wattage.

I'm starting to get convinced about that Corsair PSU.

I thought OCZ's PSUs were better than Corsair's.. apparently not..

The words "HELL NO" should tell you something.

Definitely go with the Corsair PSU. And I concur with the WD 640GB HDD recommendation. Also, drop the Corsair RAM. It's very very overpriced. You seriously won't notice the lower latency in real world apps and games. So I recommend this RAM set instead:
G.Skill F2-6400CL5D-4GBPQ 2 x 2GB DDR2 800 RAM - $67

Oh and since you want to OC, I recommnend picking up a HSF like these:
Xigmatek HDT-S1283 120mm Rifle HSF - $35 & Retention Bracket - $7
ZEROtherm Nirvana NV120 120mm HSF - $50

After the rebate, the Corsair RAM would be 75$, and the G.SKILL ones are 67$. What do you think?

Check out www.buy.com for that Corsair PSU, they usually have good prices on that. Newegg prices on the Corsair PSU's are a little high.

The G.Skill RAM is $67 before any rebates. With the Corsair RAM you have to wait two to 8 months for the rebate to come back. Why wait when you can save money right now? So again, I recommend the G.Skill RAM over that Corsair RAM.
