Firefox plugin that backs up all plugins

Is there such thing as a backup plugin for all your plugins or something like that of which backs up the work environment?

I just copy the profile folder in my Firefox installation directory.

Use portable FF, you can transfer your existing install to become portable. After that you only have a single folder that holds everything.
