forcing refresh rate in games?

im fixing my uncles computer. he has a 7900gt, so i got the latest drivers, but i want to force his refresh rate to 85hz at all resolutions. in the ati CP, its just one drop down box to do this, and thats what im used to, because i haven't had an nvidia card fora long time.. how is this possible in the nvidia CP? or do i need a program?
 
You should be able to adjust that by going into the Nvidia control panel and click the display, then change resolution attributes. Its a little different with the new control panel they came out with.

Depending on wether he has a crt or lcd it may not be able to do 85hz in all resolutions.
