You tell it a song or artist you like and it starts playing songs like it (can't directly play a song, due to licensing). Has simpler ratings than launchcast (thumbs up or down) and doesn't have as big of a selection compared to Launchcast, but still pretty cool. All you need is Macromedia Flash to play. I'm currently listening to it under Knoppix in another tab in Firefox.
Free listening has an un-obtrusive Amazon ad currently.
