Fraps using one core fully in Vista. A problem?

In taskmanager it shows fraps.exe at 100% CPU? Fraps should not take up that much resources, unless your recording a video. Maybe try to re-install it?

Its taking up 45-50% CPU which I took that to mean half of the 2 cores. Thats usually the cause when I'm playing a game. The LCD read out reads 50%
