Fry's in Austin had this in the Friday ad, just wondering if this was a good deal. I think separate it would have been $280 for the proc and $380 - $40AR for the Shuttle. I went and checked it out, took it out of the box and got a feel for the dimensions of it. VERY small, definitely smaller than all the other comparable offerings on the shelf, and I liked the overall design. Would the 1066MHz FSB of the CPU be wasted on this board though since it only supports 800MHz memory?

Newegg's closest deal comes with a E6700 and costs $625 + shipping.

That is a very good deal!

I'm running a Shuttle SD32G2 which only supports 667mhz memory, but I OC'd my E4400 CPU to 3.0ghz and the memory is is running close to 800mhz.

I wouldn't worry about the 800mhz memory - that Shuttle will be VERY fast with an E6850 and you can easily mod it to run a dual slot 8800GTS 640 video card :D
