This was my wife's it is used but in good shape some minor signs of use. I am not sure if it is still under applecare but if so I will post here.( she has it at work now ) It comes with a dock, and cable. Just an FYI the cable has some tape on it but it works for her fine. If you plug it into the dock you should be fine. I do not have the original earbuds, but they are not great anyways. I also will include the little tool to open the sim tray. With OS 3 coming out so soon I will not upgrade it till it is sold and the buyer wants or does not want it done as such it is currently jailbroken, but I can unlock it if desired.
