I just pulled these from a week & a half new Dell Inspiron 6000. The manuf is Infineon and the CAS timing is rated at 3.
I'm asking for $45 including shipping. This upgrade would be good for someone who doesn't want to spend about $100 for a 1GB memory setup but would still like to enjoy the power of dual-channel memory in a 2x256mb memory configuration.
