I got it from Seagate directly, but when I look up the warranty it says it is from a system pull

Warranty wouldn't bother me to much. (model number does.) I just spent nearly $200 on mine, so $120 shipped is a great deal. I'm almost tempted to buy this and retire my 2TB. Tempted... Bump for a hell of a deal.

Also, I got it directly from Seagate, so I am sure I could setup an RMA if the buyer ever needed one
