HighPoint RocketRAID 2320 RAID5 8-port SATA 4x PCI-e
the heatsink is OFF of this. HOWEVER, i ran it for 2 years straight without a single error on the card in a 20 bay case filled with online seagate hard drives. it doesn't need the heatsink, but you could put one on if you wanted.
ran on linux rock solid, software on the full time and it didn't "eat up cpu cycles" like some reviews said. rebuilt successful on 2 drive failures.
$175 shipped with 8 SATA cables
