Hello everyone, I'm looking to clean house of some things so this post will be periodically updated. I'm not looking for any trades at this time, items are strictly for sale. I have feedback on Heatware and eBay (user: kingsmoth). I typically use PayPal (no Friends and Family payments). I take very good care of my stuff and I will point out any known issues in this thread, but feel free to message me for anything.

I purchased a base model 17 R5 from Dell in July 2019 and it arrived overheating > 100*C out of the box. They offered me this upgraded Certified Refurbished model in exchange. There is absolutely no damage to this system, I have babied it and it is mint. I have always used it on a Cooler Master laptop stand and it has never been OC’d. I never even removed some of the plastic film.

This system was an open box purchase from Best Buy and is in like new condition. On the lid there are two faint red letters that transferred from the plastic wrapping that Best Buy had the system in. It may clean off but I haven't attempted to do so because it isn't really noticeable to me. I purchased it in October 2020 and haven’t really used it much at all. The only things I have done are install Win10 updates and run HWInfo during a couple sessions of Resident evil 2, 7, and a few 3D Mark demos and the Dell GPU test to observe the thermals and compare performance to my 17 R5. Thermal readings have been excellent to this point, as no readings have been remotely close to throttling.
