This is currently running at 2.0GHz.

The only thing I would change is the graphics card. There are no WinXP drivers for it so the stock video driver is used... which sucks. The heatsink was top of the line back in the XP days but I've completely forgotten the brand and model number. Just think of it as a bonus.

Other than that, it would make a nice little email/web rig for grandma or maybe a little brother.
