Practically brand new. I bought it last week and only used it once for a couple of hours. Comes with the box and the manual as well. Retails for $69 + tax, asking $57 shipped.

Would this work for PC via bluetooth dongle?

yes it does, but u need to use 3rd party mouse button software, else the extra button has no funtion in windows, software like xmouse so on
