The amp (Arc Audio 1500-DR):

Includes the bass knob, manual, and birth sheet. A very powerful, great amp. It has two or three minor nicks as you can see, but still looks sharp. Arc Audio has great customer support also.
FF7 PC - $25 shipped. Installed once, barely played. Includes all CDs and the folding case they came in.
eS Eric Koston shoes sz10 - $30 shipped. One shoe has been skateboarded slightly and is scuffed, but it isn't too bad looking and definitely has a ton of life. They are the remakes of the shoes. Blue with white accents. Pictures:
