Comes with almost everything but the CD. I have the box, user guide, I/O shield, IDE cables, and SATA cables.

Why? It didn't like my memory. I'll be up front about it... The board was that picky with my memory. And I couldn't return it for another type of board. It was cheaper for me to buy another board than to by more memory. Only issue I had was that if I went to play almost any game (BF/CS/HL2) within an hour it would reboot/bluescreen on me. But doing everyday shit it ran like a champ.

Thanks for answering my question. No, I'm picking up a Socket A setup next week. I was kind of waffling a bit between that and a 754 but I'd like to try my hand at overclocking a bit and I don't want to invest too much. Just in case. :)
 
Did I scare away everyone else that may be interested? :D

I did RMA the board thinking that it was bad, but the second one was doing the same thing, so I know the board is good.
