Ran this chip for a few months. Did 2.8 stable at + (.05) over stock voltage, and that's where it sat 24/7 for me. I had it up to 3.1 for bench runs, and I (believe) it was (.1) over stock voltage, so IMO this thing had plenty of room. But, YMMV.
I bought it OEM, but I do have an AMD HS/F to use with it, and it comes in a retail box, and is already in a box ready to be shipped to your door, due to a problem with a past buyer.
