I have a refurbished Dell 2407WFP A04 monitor from Dell. I recently had my old 2407 replaced by Dell because of a broken power button. At the same time I bought a 2709 to replace the 2407; so now I have an extra 2407 that has only been briefly used after being refurbished by Dell.

I quickly checked the monitor and found 1 dead pixel on the far left side near the center, not a very noticable spot. The rest of the monitor is in good condition, with no scratches or scuff marks.
