on a dell OEM matx motherboard that has 4 sata and a pci-e. also has a couple of PCI, and onboard sound/video/lan.

great package for a HTPC.

great price. do you know what matx mobo is it?

how about the front panel connection? thats usually a PITA when it comes to dell mobo.

I want to say it is a foxconn but I am not 100% - can check when I get home.

It will have the IO plate as well as the front connector so you guys can figure out the pin layout (doesnt seem to be anything special).
