FS: EVGA 680i SLI A1 Refurbished From EVGA

I am selling a 680i SLI A1 board which was sent to me refurbished from EVGA. This board has not been used or taken out of the plastic box since Ive received it. I've only removed it from the main box to take pictures of it and the accessories.

Includes:
680i SLI A1 motherboard
all originial accessories (manual, CD, SATA RAID disk, cables, NB fan, etc...)
IMPORTANT:
The only thing I was NOT able to find was one of the very small screws that is used to secure the NB fan to the board.
