Brand new never used. Received this after I purchased my gateway laptop. Never ended up installing this. I believe you can use this as a retail version by installing it without a key, then reinstalling it again with the key as an upgrade, but im not certain.

Anyway, just wanted to clear out my closet.

Looking for $35 shipped.

That disc cannot be used on any PC that isn't a qualifying Gateway or eMachines. Take a look at the text on the right-hand edge of the disc.
