They are both unlocked and can use any sim card.

Light scratching on both phones. Cannot see scratches when screen is on. They are both in black speck cases. Are on iOS 6.0 but can revert back to 5.1.1 with jailbreak. Will only come with charger and coord since I have lost the headphones. Original boxes included as well.

Will lower price if you can pick up locally. I live in Las Vegas, NV.
