I have a Microsoft brand 5-port 10/100 switch that I no longer need. Works perfectly; I upgraded to an 8-port switch for my growing farm.

I have a friend who has a MSI Neo Platinum Socket 754 board with a A64 2.0ghz processor that he no longer needs. It worked fine last time I saw it; I took the system apart and build him a better one with some of the parts. Does NOT have memory with it. I have to ask him his price, but I'd guess $40-50 would do fine.
